Guide to your Section 7 Report

In the majority of children applications, concerns are raised about what the children actually want, and that the other parent is not commited, or is unable to parent properly.  In order to establish the reality, the court will usually order a Section 7 Report.  This guide leads you through the Section 7 Report, with a sample copy to explain what they look like and advice and information about being interviewed for the report.
