Non-Molestation / Occupation Order

If you are in a position where you are suffering Domestic Abuse, physical, financial, sexual, emotional, psychological, racist and a whole range of other types of abuse, the court provides two options to protect you from abuse.  A Non-molestation Order will prevent the abuse.  An Occupation Order will regulate the home, so that either the other party are removed, or the house is shared in a way that you do not meet.  Both are there to protect you from abuse.
