- Is this a good idea?
- Do I need to know anything about the law?
- Will I be listened to?
- Will the Judge look down on me?
- Can I still get a good outcome?
- It seems quite frightening, is it?
- How do I make an application?
- How do I know what is right to ask for?
- Will I be taken seriously?
- I thought you had to have a Solicitor
- It all seems a bit risky to me
- I just want to see my children but I can't afford £5,000 which the Solicitor wants me to pay
Everyday thousands of people go into court and represent themselves, either because they have no choice or because they feel they can make a better job than anybody else could. There is nothing wrong in representing yourself, as a Barrister or Solicitor is a person the same as you are, however they know what to say, more importantly what not to say, what information to give the court and the process the court uses to get through the case. Very little happens in the majority of cases that is difficult, but it has to be done properly.
I have been helping peole just like you in the Family Courts for over twenty years. I was Called to the Bar as a barrister in 2010, and I know what to say, how to present your case and how to follow the procedure.
I can help you through the court pocess, and I do as little, or as much as you need. I can advise you, help write docuemtns, make application, anything related to Family Law that you need, I can do.
My prices are transparent, they are more than reasonable and they are not out of reach.
Why not book a call with me on the link below to discuss what help you need. I will guide you in the right direction and do all that I can to ensure you get an outcome that is fair.
